Daikin is one of the world leaders in the air
conditioning systems industry. The European headquarters, Daikin Europe N.V., a
100% subsidiary of
Daikin Industries, are based in Belgium and are responsible
for the air conditioner sales in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. 

The European Marketing and Sales
department is located in Brussels. To support our sales activities in the
GIS-countries, Middle-East and Africa, we need a :

 

Consulting Sales Engineer

 

Function
Description

-your main focus is to find and to
network with the decision makers and the pre-descriptors in our business area.

-you are responsible for the
promotion of the Daikin products and applications in the following countries
with considerable growth potential: Middle-East, Africa and GIS-countries
(Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Belarus….).

-you will trace technical
consultants, architects en property developers in building projects, so you
will be able to introduce and to recommend Daikin solutions in the project
concept phase. Your goal is to lobby and to influence the decision makers to
close more prospects with Daikin equipment.

-working close to the area sales
responsible, you will be his technical support to reach the sales objectives
defined for the countries mentioned.

-together with the marketing
department, you will organize technical seminars and set up promotion events,
to technical consultants, architects and property developers. Creating Daikin
brand awareness is your challenge.

-you organize technical and
commercial trainings to the local distributors.

-you are based in Brussels, but you
are willing to travel for at least 30% of the time in the countries mentioned
above.

 

Profile

-you have a strong technical
background as civil engineer or bio-engineer with commercial skills. Having an
education or experience in refrigeration and airco is a plus.

-you are communicative, definitely
in the Russian language and English.

-Russian native speaking is
preferred.

-you have networking, lobbying and
presentation skills.

-you are stimulated by new
challenges and you are always ready to grasp new opportunities.

-your main focus is to create a new
success story for Daikin.
