Sales and Service Specialist (Russian and English (French preferred also) .
The challenge
The jobholder provides proactive operational support to customers and distributors. His/her primary responsibility is to offer first class service in customer order management and to maintain excellent working relationships with customers and distributors on a day-to-day basis.
He/she will try to understand customer buying patterns by developing a good working knowledge of the market place and is committed to pro-active order management. He/she will work in collaboration with other departments to meet customer needs using existing processes, workflows and IT-tools.
His/her key responsibilities include:
* Accountability for the achievement of team goals on Sales, Margin and Customer satisfaction of the Business he or she works for
* Takes primary responsibility for all Order Management related tasks
* Maintains intensive contacts with the customer base
* Identify customer needs and wants
* Gathering of customer, market and competitive information
* Provides product information and price and terms quotations
* establishing and executing of rebates or commissions in collaboration with the Business Unit he/she works for
* Pursues the collection of payment working with the Customer Financial Services department (this may include pricing dispute resolution)
* Provides the support needed for non-standard requests and samples including of newly developed products requiring special administrative set-ups
* Takes primary responsibility for Product/Market coding enabling our system to generate the relevant sales and marketing reports
The profile
The ideal candidate:
* has a university degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar
* has 2 years working experience in a commercial environment (Sales, Customer Services or Call Centers typically)
* wants to provide absolute Customer Satisfaction and help resolve customer problems
* has excellent IT-tools and information management skills: web navigation, data bases and information management tools and systems (SAP, CRM…)
* has excellent communication and relationship-building skills, essentially without face-to-face interactions
* is flexible, pro-active and self-motivated
* has a problem solving mindset
* is able to perform under stress and pressure and manage several tasks simultaneously and manage priorities
* is team oriented and likes to interact with people from different departments and build relationships with external customers
* has sufficient orientation on processes and workflows needed to operate in a large multinational work environment
* has business level language capability (very fluent or native) in Russian and English (French preferred also)
