For one of our international clients, a major player in the field of the petrol industry, we are urgently looking for a high-level Personal Assistant for a temporary mission of a few months, starting in July.

Tasks:

You will be the right-hand of the Managing Director, assisting him with administrative support and follow-up in his daily tasks. Among your responsibilities you can count making travel arrangements (booking flights, making hotel reservations, arranging transportation between ventures), extensive agenda management, organizing meetings, preparing PowerPoint presentations.
Moreover, you will also be responsible for organizing various company events, as well as coordinating the logistics of external visits.

Profile:

You have proven experience in a similar position and you are able to work under pressure and handle complex situations.
You have outstanding language skills – native Russian, with excellent English, both written and spoken; good knowledge of French is also required. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset
You are flexible in your approach towards your tasks, you can multitask and can cope with stress and tight deadlines.
