You know, i have a good document for this :-) But do you see, not only me who told you about AT LEAST 2 cars for this! Believe me, i know Russia :-) And not too good diesel is not the biggest problem which can be there. And he was right who told thet Russia begins only far behind of Moscow and Piter, but behind Ural.
